Home Screen Animations Settings:
For changing the settings of the Home Screen Animations first go the settings and then move to the Display and then tap on the animations. Three different options are listed here for animation settings , One is “No Animations” , “Some Animations” and “Full Animations”. Now changing the settings to “No Animations” will increase the speed of the Android , because when you switch from one application to another and in many other functions , CPU Speed is consumed upto large extent by the animations and by turning the animations Off, It will increase the speed of the Android Device.
Browser Plugin Settings
For Changing the browser plug in settings , Go to the Browser and then go to the browser settings where you will see the option available “Enable Plug-Ins” . Now again three different options for the plug ins are available , These are Listed as “Always On” , “On Demand” and “Off” . Keeping this to Always On will make the speed a little bit slower , because on every load of the page , each plugin takes 1 to 2 seconds to load and this time can be minimized by changing the settings to OFF or On Demand, When you will select the On Demand Option , it will ask for the activation of the required plugin , now the select the one of your choice to reduce the speed of the browser page loading.
Running Third Party Launcher:
Installing any third party launcher will increase the speed of the Android Device , The launcher used in the Video is Launcher pro , and you can select any other option from a list of launchers available for the Android devices. Now the coming to the Home Screen and opening different applications and moving from the one Home Screen to the other is much faster than it was ever before.
Turning Off the Live WallPaper:
Live WallPaper is one of function of the android device which on activation increase the load time of the home screen and other applications , this is a video playing in the background , This adds a charm to the android device homepage but at the same time making your android device slower. Just Turned off the Live wallpaper and set any static wallpaper from the settings and this will for sure make a significant change.
Reduce the Number Of icons:
Most of the people are having a large number of widgets and icons on the homepage which are highly graphical , and needs to load the updates like the Twitter and Facebook icon, You can shift them to the other pages and bring some folder icons on the front page as shown in the video below to decrease the speed on the Android Home Page.
Reducing the Applications Installed:
Always there are dozens of the Applications installed on your Android Device. These applications are taking alot of memory space and besides this decreasing the speed of the device just go the settings and then Application and in manage application you will see a list of applications which were installed on your Android device some days or months back and never used again. Just Uninstall all the unnecessary applications to save the memory and increase the speed.
Reduce the Amount Of Data Update Applications From “Accounts And Sync”:
Automatically updating applications like Twitter and FaceBook are decreasing the speed of the Device , Often when you are using some application and twitter or facebook get some update which needs sync then it causes the running application to slow down, Just minimize the number of application from the Account and Sync to increase the speed of the Android Device.
